Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of large law firm experience to join our clients investment management practice, with familiarity with private fund structures, laws and regulations governing private funds and managers.
Requirements
- Drafting and negotiating Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs), and subscription agreements for various private funds.
- Structuring management entities, general partners, and complex GP-led secondary transactions or restructurings.
- Assisting institutional investors and family offices with co-investments and fund investments.
