Job Description
Our client, a nationally recognized & prestigious law firm, seeks a junior associate with 2 -3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas of acquisition financing (leveraged finance), agented syndicated secured financing (cash flow or asset-based), fund finance, and/or healthcare financing.
Requirements
- Prepare initial drafts of credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and legal opinions.
- Review lien searches, corporate organizational documents, and collateral-related documents.
- Perform research on UCC filing requirements, borrower regulations, and financial regulations.
- Coordinate deal timelines, manage signature pages, and facilitate the closing process.
- Perform additional tasks & duties as assigned.
