Job Description
Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is seeking an EUC Infrastructure Engineer to join their Global Infrastructure Team, focusing on the design, management, and support of Windows desktop environments and collaboration technologies. This role involves configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11, as well as supporting Microsoft Teams, Intune, and other devices. QRT emphasizes data-driven investing and a collaborative, innovative culture.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in End User Computing environments
- Proven expertise in managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 within corporate environments
- Advanced skills in Windows build processes (Zero Touch, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM)
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Good knowledge of Citrix DaaS and/or other VDI solutions
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Teams administration
- Experience with Slack, Zoom Meetings, and Zoom Events
- Hands-on experience with Teams Rooms, Surface Hubs, and conferencing solutions
- Proficiency in Windows Update and patch management processes
- Familiarity with endpoint security platforms such as Microsoft Defender and device monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with software deployment and IT asset management
