Production Engineer

Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is seeking a motivated and versatile Production Support Engineer to join their HK or SG office. The role involves providing comprehensive user and system support across all technology streams, troubleshooting production systems, and performing daily health checks.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical support role, ideally within trading/market access
• Experience with Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Windows desktop/server and Linux OS administration
• Strong relational database skills (SQL Server, Postgres)
• Experience supporting trading platforms and infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving and business analytics capabilities
• Ownership mindset with a commitment to issue resolution
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
