Job Description
Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a global quantitative and systematic investment manager seeking a Quantitative Researcher/Trader to create high-quality predictive signals. The role involves identifying statistical patterns, implementing strategies based on the signals, and monitoring model performance. QRT is a technologically and data driven organization focused on delivering high returns to investors.
Requirements
- Direct experience as a quant researcher or trader, or in data science/machine learning
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering)
- Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, NLP, or AI techniques
- Coding skills in at least one leading programming language (Python, R, Matlab, C++, C#, or C#)
- Experience in exploring large datasets across multiple time frames
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to work autonomously in a collaborative environment
- Proven track record in delivering successful systematic strategies
- Strong communication skills for technologists, data scientists and traders
- Ability to work with autonomy and teamwork
