We are seeking a Talent Acquisition - Campus professional to support the full recruitment cycle for our intern and graduate positions, develop strong working relationships with Hiring Managers, and strengthen QRT's presence across campus and industry events.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of recruitment experience within the technology, data science, investment management, or fintech sectors
• Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms, particularly Greenhouse and LinkedIn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A collaborative mindset combined with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities
