Weâre seeking a Customer Information Delivery Lead in a fixed term contract until 30 June 2027. This position will support Queensland Railâs rollout of the South East Queensland customer information uplift by contributing to key initiatives such as digital customer information upgrades, station enhancement works and wayfinding improvements, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement throughout each project.
Requirements
- Strong experience in community and stakeholder engagement combined with project management capability
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong conceptual thinking and sound decisionâmaking to support effective engagement planning and delivery
- Ability to balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a highâpressure environment
- Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively across multiple teams and agencies
- Wellâdeveloped influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain productive stakeholder relationships
- A willingness and ability to quickly learn and understand the operational context of the rail industry
