Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and standard peripherals, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in desktop support or IT field services.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Associate preferred.
