Global Supply Manager

Snap Inc is seeking a Mechanical/Electromechanical Global Supply Manager to join the Spectacles team. The role will involve developing and executing strategies for hardware and maintaining strategic supplier relationships, ensuring supply assurance and driving cost savings. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in supply chain development, sourcing management, or manufacturing operations, with a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree
• Great English communication skills
• Sourcing management, min 4 years of experience
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and at times ambiguous environments
• 5-10 years of experience in supply chain development, sourcing management, or manufacturing operations
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multilingual as well as multicultural environments with partners
• Previous experience in the following areas is preferred; Plastic and silicon injection molding, Metal stamping and CNC, Metal injection molding, Batteries, Speakers, optical components
• Ability to work and influence across teams and manage timelines
• Being able to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities
• Passion for Problem solving and driving resolution
