Job Description
Production Leads are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Production Packers. This role involves assigning batches to packers, training new employees, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Lead will also be accountable for picking orders and loading trucks at the end of the shift.
Requirements
- Able to communicate in English, both verbally and written.
- Able to stand and/or walk for up to 12 hours a day.
- 3 years of Leadership or supervisor experience.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. – 50 lbs.
- Ability to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates and use a computer.
- Ability to hear well enough to communicate and hear warning signals.
