Our client installs and maintains EV charging stations for commercial properties. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, providing full training on EV charger systems and operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist or Technical Support Specialist
- Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage active issues efficiently
- Customer service or technical support experience in IT or related field preferred
