Job Description
QuikCut, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Weld Shop Supervisor to oversee welding operations on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills and leadership abilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a welder, 5+ years MIG and TIG preferred
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and welding symbols
- Understanding and willingness to utilize Lean manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency and minimize waste
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various positions
