Head of France

Quince is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) model that cuts out middlemen and leverages just-in-time manufacturing to minimize waste and maximize value. We're looking for a Head of Market – France to launch and scale our presence in France as we expand our international footprint across Europe.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in general management, eCommerce, strategy, or operations roles
• Proven success launching or scaling a market or region from inception to maturity
• Deep understanding of the French consumer landscape and eCommerce ecosystem
• Demonstrated P&L ownership with strong financial acumen and business case development skills
• Experience leading and developing cross-functional or matrixed teams across geographies
• Familiarity with international eCommerce operations, including logistics, fulfillment, payments, returns, and customer experience
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to attract, inspire, and retain top talent
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and execution skills with a high bias for action
