Sourcing Director, Denim Apparel

Quince is a tech company disrupting the retail industry by putting AI, analytics, and automation at the center of everything they do. They are seeking a Sourcing Director to join their growing team to build a resilient, high-performing denim supply chain and execute the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for denim apparel categories.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience at the Director level or above in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management within the apparel industry
• Established global factory network across key apparel categories, spanning APAC, ISC, and EMEA regions
• Strong product-driven mindset, leveraging factory and vendor expertise to support product design, cost engineering, and commercialization
