Job Description
Quince is seeking a Sourcing Director - Dress & Skirt to develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the women categories (Dress & Skirts across different fabrications, woven, knit and sweater knit). The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of director-level Strategic Sourcing or Procurement experience and a deep set of partner factory connections within the category globally.
Requirements
- Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the women categories (Dress & Skirts across different fabrications, woven, knit and sweater knit)
- Onboard new manufacturing partners to the Quince direct-to-consumer (D2C) model
- Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS)
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve key performance indicators
- Lead Catalog Expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development (PD) teams
- Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the management of each partner
