Job Description
Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide equipment and services to patients, care providers, and commercial accounts. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, handling complaints, processing orders, and ensuring accurate billing procedures. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) etc.
- Neat personal appearance with pleasing manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with capacity to make independent decisions
- Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing, bookkeeping or medical office experience preferred
