Job Description
Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide equipment and services to patients, care providers, and commercial accounts. This role involves customer interaction, complaint resolution, order processing, billing and inventory management, and ensuring accuracy in all company procedures. The position reports to a Branch Manager/CSR Director.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Proficient general office skills
- Strong communication skills
- Neat personal appearance and interpersonal skills
- Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing, bookkeeping or medical office experience preferred
