Customer Service Representative

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support to patients, care providers, referrals, and commercial accounts. The role involves interacting with customers to provide equipment and services, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring accurate billing. The position is essential for a fast-growing medical equipment provider.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
• Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone lines)
• Neat personal appearance with pleasing manner and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills with capacity to make independent decisions
• Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing, bookkeeping or medical office experience preferred
