Customer Service Representative at Quipt Home Medical, interacting with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to provide equipment and services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and processing orders and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) etc.
- Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone line)
