Sales Enablement Manager

We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to help us achieve our revenue objectives by executing ad sales strategies, creating personalized pitch decks, and driving sales enablement and creative strategy for pre-sales, proposals, and go-to-market readiness. The role requires 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, creative strategy, or integrated marketing, and strong strategic and conceptual thinking, with the ability to connect advertiser goals, audience insights, and creative execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, creative strategy, integrated marketing, digital advertising, partnerships, or agency/publisher environments.
• Demonstrated ability to invent and lead custom, multi-platform programs or partnerships.
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, with the ability to connect advertiser goals, audience insights, and creative execution.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence shaping narratives for both internal and external audiences.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, driving initiatives from concept through execution.
• Track record of building scalable sales collateral, playbooks, and training that improve team effectiveness.
