Similarweb is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and sales enablement in the Americas region. The role will report to the Director of Sales Excellence and will involve working with leadership to define account expansion and net new business strategies, mapping skills gaps amongst the GTM team, and leading training and enablement programs.
Requirements
- An experienced and credible sales person with proven success in target attainment in role discipline, preferably with Enterprise/Strategic Sales experience closing large complex deals and managing large accounts
- An expert in one or more of the core GTM role disciplines (SDR / Sales / Account Management)
- Excellent problem solver with a passion and high acumen for content design and delivery
- A clear and accurate communicator (both verbal and written), as well as an engaging presenter exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills
- A strategic expert with the skills and ability to drive strategy and enablement end to end - from analysis and design, to execution, measurement and iteration
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, ability to work with senior leaders and lead sessions / discussions
- Proactive, self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and fluid environment
