Sales Enablement Manager

Join NiCE, a market-disrupting, global company, as a Sales Enablement Manager. This role will drive seller productivity, accelerate ramp, and ensure the field is equipped to win. Successful candidate will own everboarding, field enablement, and ongoing readiness, and will partner with Sales leadership to identify skill gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales, or related GTM role
• Experience supporting global sales teams in a high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and enterprise deal cycles
• Proven ability to build and scale enablement programs
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and RevOps
