Sales Enablement Manager

NiCE is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to drive seller productivity, accelerate ramp, and ensure the field is consistently equipped to win. The role involves designing and running an everboarding program, field enablement, product & tool enablement, and program development & execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales, or related GTM role
• Experience supporting global sales teams in a high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and enterprise deal cycles
• Proven ability to build and scale enablement programs
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and RevOps
