Job Description
As a member of the hospital's senior management team, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will participate in operational decision-making processes and maintain awareness of changes in healthcare matters that could impact the hospital's success.
Requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, short- and long-range goals, objectives and plans
- Provide leadership to hospital managers, directors and officers
- Develop and maintain positive relations with the community and community leaders
- Plan and direct all aspects of the organization's policies, objectives and initiatives
- Meet regulatory and compliance approvals and quality accreditations
