Dispute Specialist

The Dispute Specialist supports QVC and HSN by researching and analyzing specific incoming Credit Card Disputes. This role is remote, with occasional on-site work at the West Chester, PA office.

Requirements

• Research & resolve disputes in all bank associations
• Process incoming calls and communicate with customers and banks
• Maintain thorough knowledge of MasterCard/Visa rules and regulations
