Job Description
Qureight is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support their day-to-day IT operations in a fast-moving scale-up environment. The successful candidate will provide outstanding IT support across the company, including troubleshooting, device management, and continuous improvement of internal IT systems.
Requirements
- Experience in an IT support, service desk, or systems support role
- Strong knowledge of MacOS secured with MDM solution (Mosyle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of securing O365
- Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS tools and identity management
- Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users
- Clear communicator with a service-oriented mindset
- Able to prioritize and stay calm in a fast-paced startup environment
