General Superintendent-Heavy Civil (Nationwide Travel)

R-2 Contractors is seeking a General Superintendent with 10-15 years of experience in the Utility Scale Power & Renewables industry to provide leadership across multiple projects and field teams nationwide.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in the Utility Scale Power & Renewables industry
• 2-5 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent
• 2-5 years of experience as a Craft Foreman
• 2-5 years of experience as a craft laborer or operator
• Proven leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop field leaders and crews
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experience working in competitive industry environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
