R-2 Contractors

Minimum 8 years of experience in underground utilities, including laborer, operator, foreman, and superintendent roles

5+ years of experience as Heavy Equipment Operator, Foreman, and Superintendent, proven experience managing large projects, and strong knowledge of earthmoving practices

5+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, Foreman, and Superintendent, with strong knowledge of earthmoving practices and field execution

10–15 years of experience in Utility Scale Power & Renewables, 2–5 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent, 2–5 years of experience as a Craft Foreman, and 2–5 years of experience as a craft laborer or operator

Minimum 4 years' experience as an Underground Superintendent with proven track record of building and developing teams

5+ years of experience as Heavy Equipment Operator, Foreman, and Superintendent

5+ years of experience as Heavy Equipment Operator, Foreman, and Superintendent, with experience managing large cut/fill and earthmoving projects

Minimum 2 years' experience as an underground utilities laborer, 3 years' experience as an operator in the underground utilities industry, and 4 years' experience as an Underground Superintendent required

At least 4 years of experience in concrete work, including as a superintendent, with a strong focus on safety and quality

Minimum 2 years' experience as a concrete laborer and 4 years' experience as a concrete Superintendent required
