Job Description
The Engineering Technician III reports directly to the Engineering Department Manager and provides technical support to engineers. This position requires strong knowledge of the methods and equipment utilized to produce custom mixed rubber compounds, molded rubber and composite products, or oxygen breathing hose.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some knowledge of science or engineering
- Preferably two years of technical school, two years of college toward a Bachelor of Science degree or related technical training
- 9 years related progressive experience as a technician within a manufacturing setting
- Mechanically inclined
- Good verbal and written communication skills
