Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative (Patient Registration), you will work in a fast-paced, high-volume Emergency Department to help patients check in. You will be the point of contact for patients, collecting information accurately and quickly, while also being compassionate and addressing their fears and concerns.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
- Ready to work in a very fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Basic computer multitasking and typing skills
- Hospital or medical/clinic experience is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred
