Customer Service-Patient Registration Representative

As a Customer Service Representative in the Emergency Department, you'll collect patient information, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with multiple screens, typing quickly, and providing accurate information while helping patients feel comfortable and informed. No previous healthcare experience is required, and you'll receive training in all aspects of the role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service experience
• Medical experience is preferred
• Basic computer multitasking and typing skills are required
