Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead Project Management and Engineering (m/w/d) to lead our German Project and Engineering Team at our HQ located in Flensburg. As Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of all projects within the entity as well as managing our German Project Management and Project Engineering Teams.
Requirements
- A university degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years in project delivery with 2+ years leading PM teams
- Strong commercial and financial control
- Proven expertise in end-to-end project delivery
- Solid knowledge of project planning and control techniques
- Experience applying and enforcing global PM governance frameworks
- Competence with project management tools and reporting
- Fluency in German and English
