Job Description
R3 Continuum is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees impacted by workplace disruptions. This role offers flexible schedules, personalized support, and flexible income potential, with comprehensive training and reporting options.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Alabama (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
- Willingness to complete R3C's DEM training or proof of approved CIR training
