Job Description
R3 Continuum is seeking compassionate behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support for organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events. This role offers comprehensive training, flexible scheduling, and personal support, along with the potential for supplemental income. R3 is a leading provider of mental health services.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
- Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training
