Job Description
R3 Continuum is seeking compassionate and compassionate Behavioral Health Professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after a disruptive workplace event. R3C offers comprehensive training, flexible schedules, personalized support via a mobile app, and supplemental income. This role focuses on providing immediate support in crisis situations and can be completed on a case-by-case basis.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
- Willingness to complete R3C's DEM training or approved CIR training
