Job Description
R3 Continuum is seeking compassionate and licensed mental health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to affected organizations and employees following workplace disruptions. The position offers flexible scheduling, personalized support, and optional supplemental income through case-by-case work. Candidates will receive comprehensive crisis response training and are encouraged to complete R3C's training or obtain approved CIR training.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of New York (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
- Willingness to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training
