As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide first and second level IT support for all RAC internal and external customers, operating installed hardware and software according to agreed service levels. You will resolve end-user issues and enquiries promptly, and maintain a high degree of customer service, adhering to SLAs for all hardware/software installations.
