Co Manager

Job Description: As a Co Manager at RaceTrac, you will support the General Manager, lead by example, and help teams deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. You will play a key role in driving the store’s performance, developing top-tier talent, and bringing RaceTrac’s mission to life.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
