Job Description
Co-Managers at RaceTrac support the General Manager, lead by example, and help teams deliver exceptional guest experiences. They play a key role in driving the store's performance, developing top-tier talent, and bringing RaceTrac's mission to life.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
- 1+ year of management experience preferred
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
- Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
