Co Manager

At RaceTrac, our Co-Managers are the heartbeat of the store - supporting the General Manager, leading by example, and helping teams deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
