Co Manager

Co-Managers are the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager and leading by example. They develop top-tier talent, drive store performance, and bring RaceTrac's mission to life. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, supporting operational excellence, championing food safety, and driving results through collaboration.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
