At RaceTrac, Co-Managers support the General Manager, lead by example, and help teams deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role involves driving store performance, developing top-tier talent, and bringing the company's mission to life. As a Co-Manager, you'll play a key role in the store's success, leading a high-performing team and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
