Shift Manager

Shift Managers set the tone for success at RaceTrac, leading by example, empowering team members, and making every guest feel welcome. They play a critical role in supporting store operations, driving performance, and developing future leaders. Key responsibilities include supervising adherence to safety regulations, participating in daily store activities, and interacting with guests.

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred)
• 1+ years of leadership of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same
• Strong communication and team building skills
