Shift Manager

Job Description: Shift Managers at RaceTrac set the tone for success, leading by example, empowering team members, and making every guest feel welcome. Job responsibilities include supervising and monitoring adherence to safety regulations, participating in daily store operational activities, greeting and interacting with guests, and fostering positive and professional relationships with coworkers and guests.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred)
• 1+ years of leadership of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same
• Strong communication and team building skills
