RACV City Club is seeking a Cook to join their team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen during meal service. You will deliver high-quality food and exceptional service to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position
• A qualification in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent experience desirable
• Food safety certification
• Exposure to either banquets or a la carte venues ideally
• A passion for Victorian produce and seasonal menus
• The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team
• A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
• The ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
