Recognised culinary training or equivalent experience, a passion for cuisine, and the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
Kitchen Attendant Grade 3
Previous kitchen cooking experience, knowledge of kitchen operations, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Cook
1 year's experience, Commercial Cookery qualification, food safety certification, and ability to work autonomously
Food & Beverage Supervisor - Bars
Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, passion for the beverage industry, and knowledge of cocktail, beer and wine
