2-5 years of experience in 4-5 star hotels or similar high-end operations, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of kitchen financial processes

2+ years of hotel front office management experience, with prior experience in people leadership, commercial acumen, and PMS systems

Qualified chef with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or a completed apprenticeship

1 year of experience in a similar position, Commercial Cookery qualification, food safety certification

5+ years of experience as a Spa Manager, Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy, QLD Working with Children Check Blue Card

Previous experience in team leadership, recognised qualification in hospitality, and flexibility to work a rotating roster

Recognised culinary training or equivalent experience, a passion for cuisine, and the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster

Previous kitchen cooking experience, knowledge of kitchen operations, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

1 year's experience, Commercial Cookery qualification, food safety certification, and ability to work autonomously

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ability to work independently and in a team, flexibility to work varying shifts
