Part-time cook position available at RACV City Club in Melbourne CBD, with career growth and development opportunities. Must have minimum 1 year's experience in a similar position and a qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position
• A qualification in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent experience desirable
• Food safety certification
• Exposure to either banquets or a la carte venues ideally
• A passion for Victorian produce and seasonal menus
• The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team
• A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
• The ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
