Job Description
We're looking for passionate Customer Service Consultants to join our Noble Park, Roadside Assistance Team. This is a Permanent Full-Time Position, with a rotational 3-week roster and access to our FlexiRoster, providing additional flexibility and control over your shifts.
Requirements
- Proven customer service and KPI experience
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
- Keen sense of direction and knowledge of Melbourne suburbs
- Passionate at building longstanding relationships
- Individuals that enjoy working in a team environment with a good culture
- Think outside the Box/Problem solving skills
