Job Description
Join RACV as a Talent Partner - Leisure and take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment processes within our leisure business. Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job advertisements and screening applicants, to facilitating interviews, negotiating offers, and overseeing a smooth onboarding experience for our new starters.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring (essential)
- Experience in recruiting high volume roles is essential and experience recruiting hospitality positions highly desirable
- Significant experience with both active and passive candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
- Ability to partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines
- Consultative decision-making approach
