Requirements
- Retail travel sales agency experience, essential
- Certificate 3 in Travel or higher - preferred
- GDS experience in Amadeus, Sabre - preferred
- Passion for travel industry and personal travel experience
- Great customer service & communication skills
- Excellent organisational, attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workflow, set goals, meet sales targets & work productively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent personal presentation
